Yes! You will receive a discounted price for the payment in full up front. Additionally, you will receive the same 60-day introductory trial period as on the Rental Purchase Plan. If the student no longer needs the instrument, simply return it within the trial period. We will refund your payment, less the down payment amount that would have been required on the Rental Purchase Plan.
This is your worry-free guarantee. The Rental Purchase Plan comes with a 60-day trial period for first-year beginners and a 30-day trial period for non-beginners. If the student no longer needs the instrument, return it to us within the trial period. We will cancel the contract and no monthly payments will be due.
The number of payments is notated on your copy of the Rental Purchase Plan contract. Depending on the price of the instrument, your agreement will last anywhere from 1 to 2.5 years. At the end of that time, you own the instrument outright.

Yes! You can pay off your instrument at any time and save money on finance charges.
YES! You can now view and manage debit and credit card payments in the Accounts section of the Website.
You can set up automatic payments using a debit or credit card in the Account Management section of the website, or you can set up automatic drafts directly from a checking or savings account by completing the form attached HERE.
You can return the instrument at any time during your contract term. You are responsible for all payments due prior to the date of return. Instruments can be returned in person at our Longview or Tyler locations. To arrange an instrument pickup at one of our partner schools, you must first call 903-758-3261 to obtain a Return Authorization. The pickup option is only available when school is in session.
Please call the Longview location at 903-758-3261 if your instrument is stolen or destroyed in fire while still under contract. We will need a copy of the police / fire report to start the replacement process.
